What is your Name, Class and Level?
Relshani, Warrior, 11th level
What are your primary professions?
I am an apprentice alchemist
Have you been in any other guilds on this server? If so, please list them.
Beach Bunnies
Why did you leave the previous guild(s)?
It left me. I signed the guild charter in answer to an open call for help, and stayed because it was fun. Then I popped in one day only to find it had disbanded without explanation.
Why do you wish to join Argentum Ordo?
Guilds are a part of the social fabric of Azeroth, and I like being part of something bigger than me. I enjoy RP above most other things, so the Silver Order appeals to me greatly.
What are your goals as a player? (ex: RP, PvP, PvE, End Game, etc.)
To be part of a wonderful, magical saga. To make and help friends in the world, to explore the world, and aid those within it who need the services of a heroine.
What do you expect from the guild?
Companions to stand with me against the evils I may face, laughter and fellowship during the quiet times, and something greater than me that I can contribute to and be a part of.
Please share a bit about your character (IC, be creative!)
I am the youngest daughter of the once happy family Haggard. Before the Scourge, my daddy Kristophur was a foreman in the lumber mill in Eastvale, while my mother Sylvi raised my brother Kylen, my sisters Krysti and Sheeni, and myself as we grew up there leading a very normal life. I was a happy little girl who loved butterflies, the smell of clover, the taste of honey, and who had a huge crush on Seth Hunter, my best friend Jasmin's brother.
Then the wars began, and as the whole world spiraled into horror and misery my father took up his old path as a holy warrior, buckled on his sword (that he'd put aside when he married mom), and became an officer in the army of Stormwind. His battalion marched through the Dark Portal almost two years ago, and it has been months since word of him reached us from Shatter Point.
When the Defias rebelled and began overrunning Westfall, Kylen quit his holy training at Northshire Abbey and against my mother's advice joined the Westfall Militia. We received a letter from the militia that his squad had gone missing while on patrol near the light house. I wanted to be strong, like Krysti, but I cried so hard.
My family fell apart after that. Krysti swore to find Kyle, and went to the Abbey to train, following in daddy's footsteps. Sheeni couldn't stand how the loss of Kyle and the absence of daddy changed mother, and ran off. I got a letter from her months later that hinted she'd become a spy of some kind, and that she had important information for Krysti.
Grandpa had to retire due to his failing eyes, and moved in with us, but mother took out her fears and worries upon him and I, and we were all very unhappy. Then an officer from Stormwind came to the door and said daddy had died in a gryphen raid upon the Burning Legion. Mom took it so very badly, and when Krysti sent word Kylen had been worked to death as a slave by the Defias in some horrible mine near Moonbrook, she changed. She became dark, and wild.
She began disappearing for days at a time, and Grandpa accused her of consorting with evil. He said he could smell a stench of demon upon her. They had a terrible fight, and she left us that night. We have not heard anything from her since, so I can't tell her that daddy survived the crash, and somehow managed to walk back to Honor Hold. He came home after that, but the empty house made him so sad that one day he just hugged me, kissed me goodbye, and went away to return to his unit in the Outlands.
After being fooled by a Defias thug, Grandpa got very scared of going blind and began drinking too much. He gets so mean when he is drunk, and resents any efforts to help him, thinking it makes him appear feeble. He kept pushing me away, even though it was obvious how much that hurt both of us, and I couldn't stand it anymore. I was crying every day, so I finally left home too, though in truth it hasn't been home for two years. Grandpa gave me his sword the last time I went back, and I visit him when I can still. He is very sad and lonely, but will never admit it.
I hate the army, for taking my daddy away, so I will not join it. I have paid for arms training, for I lack any spark of the power that all the rest of my family has in abundance. I am learning the way of the sword quickly. I am also getting good at mixing potions that can heal, and help in a myriad of ways. Soon I will take my skills, and grandpa's sword to Westfall. Krysti never saw Kyle's body, only heard about his death from an escaped slave who's mind is not all there anymore, so Kylen might still live, though I hold little real hope.
No matter, I have sworn an oath that scares even me, and I will search while the Defias pay, and pay, and pay again for their evil. Already I have slain several who were arrogant enough to try to steal the vineyards near the Abbey itself, and more who have overrun the old Brackwell pumpkin farm near my home. The little girl who hated to catch a chicken for supper, now smiles at the death of a bandit. I wonder who I am now. Still, soon I shall follow the stench of their evil to Westfall, and they shall learn to fear the name of the family Haggard. If it be within my power, they shall harm no others as they harmed me and mine.
Please share a bit about YOU (OOC)
Between children and work, in my too limited free time I quest in Azeroth (I used to quest in Norrath), my dad taught me to love gaming (almost all kinds), read, write, swim, volunteer with kids, cook, cry at sad movies, am a terrible romantic, and on very rare and special occasions get to SCUBA dive.
Additional comments and information:
My daughter and son fill much of my life, so do not expect to see me too often, and as for end game and raiding... distant, and likely unreachable activities. I am too old and vain to answer how old, and I find being run through instances and quests oh so boring, so please do not be offended when I decline such offers. Sorry, but that is how I feel. Still, I will help guild sisters and brothers who need help that way, if it is important and I am free to do so.
